• We have our own written safety policy in place that meets or exceeds Federal and State safety requirements.
• Tool Box Talks (Safety Training), are conducted weekly on the job sites by either the foreman or owners.
• We maintain an industry safety rating: an Experience Modification Rate (EMR) well below the industry average of 1.0
• We are a drug free work place.
